Founded by Justin Priddy after 13 years managing a local equipment rental company, A1 has grown from a handful of machines into a trusted source for contractors, businesses, and homeowners throughout the Fresno area. Today, three generations (Bill Priddy, Justin Priddy, and Jordan Priddy) work side by side out of their East Brown Avenue location. Their fleet spans earthmoving equipment, tractors, skid steers, aerial lifts, and lawn and landscape machines. They're open weekdays 7 AM–5 PM and Saturday mornings until noon. A1 positions itself as an alternative to big-box rental counters, focusing on equipment knowledge, straightforward service, and helping customers pick the right tool for the job. Whether it's a construction project or a backyard DIY effort, the team aims to make the rental process simple and reliable.
